UI/UX and Product Designer

Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX and Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX and Product Designer at Tellaw, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our digital assets management platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-centered interfaces for our digital assets management platform that meet business objectives and user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and validate design concepts
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design consistency across all product features
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into your design work
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide design support throughout the development process

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and product design, preferably in a tech startup or digital agency environment
• Strong portfolio that showcases your design work and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and agile development methodologies
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and analysis
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
